I'm Mel and I am a Dublin based freelance photographer travelling worldwide to capture memorable images for clients.
My style is attentive but unobtrusive. I take a fly on the wall approach to my work, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients to carry out their work. I feel this relaxed yet focused style captures the best of any event.
I have photographed an array of major brand conferences and events from intimate gatherings of under 20 people to events with over 10,000 attendees. I have a diverse client base and as such deliver tailored portfolios for each project, showcasing each conference or event as the unique occasion the organisers have worked so hard to create.
I also offer corporate headshot and Press & PR photography and take pride in putting people at ease in front of the camera, capturing images that both the subjects and companies will be happy with.
Images are supplied via a password protected gallery, easily downloaded or directly uploaded to social media/online profiles.

Charity Portfolio
My charity partner since 2014 is Orbis Ireland, a sight-saving organisation who work tirelessly trying to eradicate trachoma in Ethiopia. In Ireland, I document their activities in order to promote their work efforts locally and ultimately encourage more volunteers to become engaged with their fundraising.
Once a year (when travel is permitted), I also go with the teams to Addis Ababa to photograph their participation in The Great Ethiopian Race, their biggest annual fundraising effort. Along with some key members, I then travel to south Ethiopia to visit their projects and document the invaluable work that they are continuing to do locally on the ground.
For the Rape Crisis Centre, in association with creative agency, Pluto, I document the annual WomanKind fashion show and lunch in Dublin’s Intercontinental Hotel. This is their largest fundraising event which requires the capturing of live fashion images, social shots for press, and candid event photography over the course of the afternoon.
